C.A.P.E.R.S. is an organization. It was created by local residents to provide adults with an opportunity to recreate in daytime hours during winter months. C.A.P.E.R.S. does not have a concrete schedule but meets on most Mondays and Fridays at the Morris Memorial during winter months.
