Travel Basketball: 3rd-4th & 5th-6th grade travel teams will be organized and determined based on amount of interest. Travel teams are organized for more competitive play, and may include a try-out.
5th-6th Boys Travel Basketball Try-Outs:
This year’s 5th-6th grade boys travel team will be selected by coaches using open-gyms as player assessments for those interested.
An additional fee will be required to assist with referee fees. Cost: TBD

We will be ordering reversible basketball jerseys for all players once registrations are all received.
Schedule by Division – Recreational Basketball Boys & Girls 1st-6th:
Volunteer coaches will teach foundational basketball skills and impart basketball knowledge to boys and girls in Grades 1-6. Coaches will lead practice one weekday evening and organize Saturday games in the gymnasium at the Morris and CCSD gymnasiums.
The 2024-2025 Morris Recreational Basketball Program will begin on December 7, 2024 and end on February 15, 2025.
Weekday practice schedules are determined primarily by volunteer coaches’ availability and will be provided as soon as possible.
Saturdays by division:
Chatham Middle School Gymnasium:
5th-6th Boys – 8:30am-9:30am
3rd-4th & 5th-6th Girls – 9:45am-10:45am (Subject to modification depending on numbers).
3rd-4th Boys – 11:00am-12:00pm
Morris Memorial Gymnasium:
(Subject to change depending on number of participants from each gender / grade. Ex. Last season held 4 co-ed teams of players rotating between 9:00am-10:00am & 10:15am-11:15am).
